Danver`s in Tupelo

Quality of food has greatly declined. My "1/3 pound" cheeseburger was about the size of a McDonald's value meal burger and it was so overcooked it tasted like charcoal. Fries were good, though, and the salad bar is still well stocked.

Burgers are great! They taste home cooked. It's a little expensive but overall worth it.

They have the best/ freshest salad bar!! Everyone is so sweet and I always get great service

Good hamburgers, salad bar and soups....plus free ice cream! It's a very good value, especially for the variety and quantity.

Love me some Danver's! Great hamburgers, huge chicken tenders, unbeatable salad bar. Staff is always friendly and makes sure to ask if you need a refill. A+

Great food

Every thing was delicious as usual. The older waitress was so kind and attentive to customers.

Went through the drive through and none of the employees were wearing masks AFTER Tupelo instated a mask ordinance. Would rather have my health than this turkey sandwich!

Danvers in Tupelo Mississippi is the most awesome roast beef sandwiches you ever ate in your life and their baked potatoes and their potato bar is very good. Never had roast beef tastes like there's and it is so delicious

Everything was great other than our drinks tasting like carbonated water. The food was awesome and the staff was very helpful. I'll be back most definitely.

Best place for a salad bar ! Every time we are in Tupelo, we visit Danver's.

If you're into salads, this is the place to go. I'm a vegetarian and I've not come across in Tupelo a place such at Danvers when it comes to the freshness of the salad bar. Amazing. Highly recommended, there no excuse to not eat healthy when out and about.

Best roast beef ever, but it cost a lot for how much meat they give you.

Food was good, but I hate people sweeping while I'm eating. I moved 3 times trying to get away from the flying particles from the waitresses sweeping. The salad bar was open as well while they were sweeping. I didnt enjoy the experience.

An institution. Walking into Danver's is like walking back into my childhood. The decor hasn't changed in at least 30-35 years (maybe even longer), and I hope it never does. That's part of the atmosphere of the place. All of the sandwiches come plain; you put your own toppings on from the salad/toppings bar. A sandwich platter comes with the sandwich, fries, and the salad bar, and it's a large amount of food!For consistency, it's tops. Everything is the same every time I go. The roast beef is probably my favorite.

This place is a blast from the past! They used to have a location in my hometown. I was so pleased to see the one in Tupelo was still open. We got hamburgers and they were great. They tasted almost like homemade. You can dress them yourself at the huge salad bar.

The best turkey burger around!!! Their fries are really good too! Drive thru is usually busy but you get in and out in a decent amount of time. It’s worth it!! Highly recommend trying!

Absolutely love the staff here and always have but quality of this place has decreased a good bit. Chicken salad was my my favorite now it's awful. The new milkshake mix is disgusting 🤢 and as much as I love live plants I don't like their dead leaves falling onto my salad. They are beautiful but not in a great spot.

They are so friendly and the food is so good. The best salad bar in town. I only complaint is the barbeque sauce for the roast beef sandwich. I don't care for it w tagged they would get the old kind back. Other than t he at love Danvers.

This is how God works; I'm here in Tupelo on business, this morning my hotel had nothing out for breakfast worth eating, so needing gas my app showed best price at Kroger. I knew of a Kroger in a different area but came to one in which I saw this Danvers restaurant. Read the reviews & since there is not a Danvers where I live, I came here for lunch. VERY PLEASED. Employees genuinely friendly, great, fresh salad bar, great prices on their menu. Even staff walking around to get you refills & additional plates. I also see why this place is hopping.

Drive thru a bit busy at 1:00 today. Asked for bbq sauce for roast beef sandwich but didnt receive any.

Best salad bar anywhere. Got ham & cheese platter with a baked potato. It was so good. Clean bathrooms. Fast friendly service.

One of my favorite, if not my favorite,fast food restaurants in town. Great, fast, friendly service, the best burgers, love their salad bar and their location is very convenient for me.I am a regular there. The employees even know me by name. I plan to visit Danver's again very soon.

Always busy restaurant, but having never been there it would have been nice to get help with ordering at the counter. I felt it was a little awkward to dress my burger at the salad bar. There are better places to get a burger, bit it is an historic eatery in Tupelo.

Danver's has always been a go to for my family. From their sweet tea and roast beef sandwich when we are in a hurry to the veggie soup when someone is sick! We can always count on Danver's to have just what we need!

Awesome chicken and fries. Cheeseburger was good size, filled up my son in law. Love how you can dress your own sandwiches from the salad bar. Daughter enjoyed the chicken salad. She also dressed it up a bit from the bar.

We stopped by for lunch on Sunday. The service was good. The hamburgers were ok. They are pre-cooked and you dress them how you want from the salad bar. The pre-cooked was alright but I liked being able to dress exactly how I wanted to. My wife and friends got the salad bar. It was really good. I recommend the salad bar.

Danver’s in Tupelo is always a good choice for my family and friends to have a great, but inexpensive, quick meal. (I love their burgers because they taste “real” and not like fast food!) They have a very nice salad bar, and customers can dress their burgers (or whatever) fully from there. The workers are always very polite and come to check on you to see if you need anything. The atmosphere has always been pleasant when I’ve gone. *Side note: The ice in the drinks is the “good ice” (crushed) that many people, including me, say they love.

Good homestyle food. Lots of soup options, inexpensive sandwiches and a large salad buffet. I do wish they had a lettuce option other than iceburg. Busy place- but I know why!

Similar to Culver's in menu choices. Larger seating area. Good fair prices - ok food.

Best salad bar in town!

I didn't know what to expect and ended up very pleasantly surprised. A well laid out salad bar and a wide variety of menu options. All staff members were very friendly and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. We will most definitely return.
